Pale golden green in the glass this wine is bright and clean with peaches, citrus and baked apple notes combining on the nose with some rich butterscotch and creamy touches to provide a complex and layered wine that also delivers on the palate. Soft and textured from malolactic fermentation there is yet more fruit to be found beneath the toffee, nutty and confectionary flavours. Weighty and full bodied there is an underlying acid freshness from early bottling that gives length and focus to the wine, finishing long and refreshingly dry.
