A dryer version of the Sugar Maple with just the right amount of whole peaches added. This mead was aged eight months, some of that time on medium toast American oak for structure and complexity. With the residual sugar level at nearly zero, you can enjoy the delicate peach flavor and aroma playing with the floral notes of the honey.
